Formerly known as 'Big Shed' studios, Dragonfly is located in Southern Worcestershire - specifically on the outskirts of Ashton Under Hill in the Vale of Evesham.Currently the studio has two rehearsal rooms, with attatched recording facilities; consisting of a control room and a drum/vocal booth. The control room features a full 24 track digital recording set-up, utilising the latest versions of Logic or Nuendo as well as a host of outboard peripherals and effects units.
Services: Rehearsals with use of full Mackie PA and Sure microphones charged at £7 an hour.
Extra equipment such as drum kits and guitar amps are also available - don't hesitate to get in touch for comprehensive details.
Reduced rate of £6 for block bookings rehearsals before 6PM, and our existing customers (who have been with us before the extension is built).
Recording with in-house engineer (many years of recording experience), with varying prices.
Self-record service charged at £10 an hour. This is exclusive to Dragonfly and includes use of all the studio's recording equipment - ideal if you have some recording experience or are studying in the field.
Drum tuition taught by myself. I specialise in Rock/Metal drumming, although teach a variety of styles. I can also prepare students for the Rock School grades, as examined in the nearby towns of Cheltenham and Worcester.
