About Me

Blizzi, whose god given name, Blake MM White grew up and is currently residing in Newport News, aka Badnewz, Virginia. At the age of four Blake was introduced to the world of rap and hip-hop due to the fact his mother, now Miss Koch, accepted a position at the C Waldo Scott Center as a case manager located downtown Newport News. Blake started going downtown with his mother to work during the summer. By the age of 6 B. White had a full house of older brothers and an older sister as his mother married into the Koch family. One of his brothers, the closest one to his age by two years, Justin, introduced Blake into the world of writing poetry, which evolved into writing lyrics by the age of 12. The music started to interfere with his school career as his grades started to slip, so he decided to put the pen down and pursue his school career. Even in school he still showed interest in music, picking up the trumpet in the 6th grade as well as the violin. His musical skills evolved as he started recognizing notes, keys, and melodies. By the 9th grade he was back into writing lyrics, but not as much as he first had done. He moved to rapping on the back of the bus with his fellow band member, Matt "Crisis" Cox. In the tenth grade, He recorded his first song (PSA) titled "we don't Smoke" although the lyrics were not his he still picked up on the studio habits, ad libs, and tips. Shortly after, he and his friend remixed the PSA with there own lyrics and recorded it to the original beat. This pushed Blake deeper into the music "game". His 11th grade year he wrote another PSA with a verse of another aspiring artist called "Second Hand Smoke." This was Blake’s first real studio experience. It was at this time that he took it upon himself to write more lyrics, because there weren’t enough to complete a track. Not only were these rap lyrics, but he also wrote vocal lyrics for the singers. Another year went by and Blake had not only three PSA rap songs under his belt but also 2 music videos for these PSA's, with the help of 5 Star Entertainment. His senior year he once again returned to the studio to originally help youth write there own PSA. This ended up with Blake writing 2 Verses and a hook for the song and even eventually recording his lyrics. This banger called "Life Story" was one of his most deliverable songs...not only a PSA, but it could also be considered a regular track. During his 12h grade year in high school he started associating himself with I.E. who he met through his brother (J-Killah). B.White continues to pursue his quest to be heard, even if only heard by a few, he feels his music will change lives as well as peoples ideology. This layout was made by Awesome Layouts By Katie layout made by: Awesome Layouts by Katie Layout Provided By FreeCodeSource.com - Browse Layouts
