Well it's been a while since I updated this dumb thing. So here you all go. I've recently changed professions, and now I am officially Mr. Blue Collar (quite literally actually). I install Direct Tv satellite systems. It's fun, I get to talk to different people everyday and travel around the great Blue Ridge Mountains. And for the first time I'm making some real money...which is sad because I have my 4yr degree, years of experience in a cool field (radio), and very marketable skills for that profession....yet it never really paid the bills. Sooooo...Now I do something that requires no formal education, just enough common sense not to put your ladder into a power line. Life's not about just making money but damn, it does feel good to actually have some. The important thing is that I'm happy doing this stuff.
Plus I have some wicked pictures of me rocking out in my Direct Tv uniform, I even have a hard hat. Watch out you middle aged lonely housewives, the cable man is here...and his tool bag is full. Muahahahahahaha. Oh, nevermind...I'm married. Watch out...you...uh...yeah.
What else...The republicans screwed themselves out of re-election. I hope they learned their lesson from abandoning the base. The f'ing demoncrats moved to the right to pick up independents, the republicans moved left because they thought thats where the country was and look what happened. Although...I don't feel like explaining it here, email me and ask if you are curious, everyone should look into the 6 year curse for presidents. It happens every damn time.
Donald Rumsfield is gone, praise Jesus. Let's hope this worthless president/liberal in republican clothing follows suit.
Enough about that. Other than my country getting railed in the ass with a rusty spoon and me coming to the conclusion that my diploma is rally just an expensive piece of toilet paper life is good. I'm hanging out with the boyz (note the gangsta "z") and the wife and I are doing remarkably well.
