Crawl Before You Ball

About Me

Professor of music and Hip-Hop culture born in London, lived in New York and LA... started in the game as a writer for several magazines, columnist for The Bomb outta San Francisco and Represent Magazine, DJ'd (not professionally) in London & NYC throughout the early/mid 1990s, acted as consultant on marketing to major labels for European releases of Hip-Hop records and acted as consultant to several Hip-Hop documentary filmmakers and authors. Also involved in Artist Management for a number of years. Was privileged enough to meet, work, manage and be friends with the pioneers and some of the all time Hip-Hop greats. Parlayed connections into other areas. Always have time for creative, artistic people, whether famous or not, and I have the utmost respect for people who excel in their field, especially music and filmmaking. Write constantly, for pleasure as much as to be published. Working on several book and documentary projects at present. Very strong and uncompromising on artistic integrity, mine or the people I work with. Accidentally fell into my other strong interest, high performance cars through requests to supply celebrity associates. Strong links, involved in that industry since 1999, custom projects with manufacturers. Offices based out of Pasadena, CA and New York but predominantly London these days. Presently developing several independent film projects as Executive Producer for Heist Films (LA)and Executive Producer (Music) with Big Gunz Entertainment (New York). Only have time for real people, no perpetrators, golddiggers or sucker MCs. I dont like fakers..male or female..Have crossed paths with many cool people around the world in my life, and have many great friends in all places, a blessing. Place great importance upon being real, if you do not come correct in your ethics, business and fundamentals then please do not contact me. Always open for business/networking. I always deliver on promises and do things right. Definitely need to connect with more independent filmmakers, producers and financiers. People with PHD's of any description are cool with me, as are corporate acquisition specialists and Ron O'Neal 'Superfly' fans... Need to speak more French otherwise I will forget it, should move to San Remo for six months. May end up staying there for ever. ..
