I am here for Friends

About Me

"i'm just a geezer who likes a beer so get your boat race out of here, alright!" - so said the mighty hard skin.i'm 38 and still hold a torch for my truest love of punk rock (you can check out my newest band of old fuckers at www.myspace.com/southport although being the youngster in the band is providing me with much amusement), and i'm a man of simple pleasures - footy, beers, friends, travelling, and usually i try to envelop the whole lot if i can possibly do it. i have two daughters and a son who, along with my wife, are easily the most amazing things in my world. It is quite simply the most incredible thing to me, to be a father to those rays of sunshine. who help me burn my flame more brightly. as does my splendid wife, Helen, who simply accepts me for me and loves me on that basis. and i love her in return.i find that my appearance (huge in height and girth, with closely cropped hair) can tend to make people wary of me upon first glance. but basically, i'm the biggest mummy's boy on the planet, and love meeting people, sharing beers and tales. i've no doubt any number of my friends would confirm this (and probably take the piss a little too, for which i will adminster some justice upon them the next time i see them!), but that's what i like.my old band was interviewed once and i said in answer to a question "this is what i am, this what i do"....it still rings true.missing my friends wiz and chris.....
