The Jinxs

The Jinxs founded in 1989. The inspiration for choosing the name of the band was given by the song “Jinx” from the British punk band Peter and The Test Tube Babies. Within the years the band played over 600 shows in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Russia and advanced to a well known band in Germany. The single stars (based on the album – Whatever They Say – Sony Music -1997) increased on place 64 in the German airplay charts and entered on 103 in the German media control charts. It was their biggest commercial success. In 1999 the Band split up. 2001 the Band re-united and recorded a new studio album “infected” on their own and started playing again across the country.
