About Me

.. width="425" height="350" .."You can't 'be' in, or 'fall' into something you are. You are love. Show your love, share your love, but dont give your love away" -homeless man

My Interests

I have a present: it is the present. You have to learn to find it within you. If you can learn to love it, You just might like it. You can't live without it. There's a million open windows. I'm passing these open windows. There is plenty to criticize. It gets so easy to narrow these eyes. But these eyes will stay wide. I will stay young. Young and dumb inside. I have just begun to forget my lines. If you could save yourself, you could save us all. Go on living, prove us wrong. Your leap of faith could be a well-timed smile. Survival never goes out of style. I have a message: save your generation. We're killing each other by sleeping in. Finnegan, begin again. This one can be won. One can become two. Two can pick and choose. You could be the first. You have to learn to learn from your mistakes. You can afford to lose a little face. The things you break, Some can't be replaced. A simple rule: every day be sure you wake.

I'd like to meet:

the insane clown posse.

Music:

I remember hiding behind the couch with a copy of Cyndi Lauper, She's So Unusual. My mom would play the album while she cleaned the house, I would lay on my back with my legs in the air, holding the record sleeve to my feet, comparing the size of Cyndi's Starry night heels, to my baby soles. This was 1986.In 1987 My parents bought me my first boom box. It was pink and teal, and ran on 4 double A batteries. The very first cassette I can remember sliding into its shinny plastic door, was Wham! fantastic. In 1989 my next-door neighbor and I would put on air guitar shows to the Queen album Play the Game. I wore my dads black leather jacket that looked just like the one Freddie Mercury wore on the cover.Having my own musical device opened my ears to more than could be brought to me by my parents alone. I learned what am and fm was. I used to lay awake in bed and listen to my boom box, radio style.New kids, Tiffany, Wilson Phillips, Glass tiger, Mc Hammer...In 1991 my cousin/idol Mandy, stayed with us for the summer. She introduced My boom box and I to a band called Nirvana. In 1993 I asked for Snow's debut album, 12 Inches Of Snow for christmas. The lady at the store sold my mom Snopp Doggs debut, Doggystyle. In 1994 I was the first in my class to own a copy of Green Day's Dookie. In 1995 I had a crush on my friends older brother. He liked the offspring.NOFX, Face to Face, Pennywise, Sick of it all, No Use for a Name...In 1998 I bought Cappadonna's Solo debut, The Pillage. later that same year, I dated an older boy who showed me a band called A.F.I He called this music "gothic punk rock" whatever it was, I was hooked. I started exploring other quote on quote goth bands and fell deep into the hands of The Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, killing joke, Skinny puppy...Years passed, boyfriends came and went, each leaving their mark on my musical taste. In 2004 I started dating a boy who listened to pop punk. After years of listening to mostly darker music, getting into pop punk was a bit of a challenge.... I have gone through many phases. At this point, i can honestly say I really do like every type of music.... Except james blunt. I hate that guy.
