.................LOST NATION: Lost Nation is the combined effort of four individuals who have been in and around music since their early teenage years and who have all experienced the same chaos associated with growing up in small Midwest towns. It is these past experiences that now bring these unique individuals together. Originally formed in 2000 - the three founding members of Lost Nation: John Zlabek, Ryan Benesch, and Trent Benesh spent the next four years writing music and developing their individual skills in what would eventually become a completed band. In 2004 Colin Wickman joined the group and proved to be the catalyst that soon fused into the completed Lost Nation WEBSITES: www.lostnationmusic.com & www.myspace.com/lostnation..................................

STILL STANLEY: After high school the boys in Still Stanley moved to Nashville to go to school and ended up staying there for five years. Afterwards the moved to Los Angeles to concentrate soley on the band. They garnered a loyal following playing gigs at The Whisky A Go-Go, the Viper Room and the Hard Rock Cafe, and even sold a few songs to movies (one of their tunes can be heard in the Leslie Neilson bomb Comouflage). This era of the band is documented on their CD No Soap Radio. "We had a really good run out there," Pleasant said of L.A WEBSITE: http://www.popaholic.com/shop/shop.html.....................

SPACE MTN: "The last time you gave Space Mountain a try, you were 9 and not all that thrilled about the experience. (Neither was Mickey, after you barfed all over his shoes on the way out.) Maybe it's time to give it another whirl. We're talking about the new band Space Mtn (no relation to the theme park). Their debut album, A Drawing of a Memory of a Photograph of You, features sounds in the family of The Shins or Death Cab for Cutie, but takes darker, more brooding dips for moody melodies that don't bring you down. In "The Bright Side," singer/songwriter Dina Waxman poignantly reminds listeners to keep a chin up even in the darkest times. "Hovercraft" and the bouncy-and-loud "Oh" exemplify the band's energetic side. "Past Tense" ends the album on a peaceful, chill note. At which point, you might just find yourself in The Happiest Place on Earth. And you won't even have to wait in line." WEBSITE: http://www.spacemtn.com
