I'm changing my profile picture, but I've not forgotten about little Madeleine McCann. I hope she is found safe and well, and that whatever happens, those who love her have a resolution to all this doubt and anxiety.

I have two wonderful kids and have been married twice (and divorced twice!) Now very happily single and no intention of changing that, hehe!
I was born in Stockport, Greater Manchester, and am a lifelong supporter of Manchester United FC. I still have family and friends in the area.
My sister and I grew up in Guernsey in the Channel Islands, where my mum was born. Both my children were born there too, and much of my family lives there still.
During the 80s I trained as a general and paediatric nurse in Surrey. Now living in Dorset with my daughter and our two cats... and also from time to time my son, but he's almost moved out since he began studying at Bolton University. I have lots of friends around various parts of the UK and wish I was able to visit them more often.
I currently work as a lunchtime supervisor in a first school which I actually rather like, and in my spare time I study IT subjects with the Open University.
