About Me

i'm gina...i'm 25 which means i'm a quarter of a century old. i think in those 25 years i've accomplished a lot with what i was given to work with. i'm proud of who i am, where i've come from, and where i'm going. in 2007 i gave birth to my awesome baby boy alex! it has been a wonderful experience so far! i plan on returning to school to finish my master's degree in the next couple of years. eventually i'd like to combine my love of travel and do children's (well, mostly teen) therapy ie international children's welfare stuff. adulthood, i have arrived!

My Interests

kittens...haha no...ummm, travel (i loveeee to travel!!!), shopping, random people, funny stuff, clean laundry, good music, good food, awesome people, road trips, kissing, good debate, cars, classic cars, 1960 nash rambler metropolitans, rudys, clean air, giving dogs treats, watching movies, laughing!, politics, smelling good, camping, hiking, speaking my mind, random things/comments, philanthropy, kids, febreeze, cake (the stuff you eat), photography, babies, and your momma.

I'd like to meet:

humans...nice and interesting ones. i guess i'd be a lil skeptical if some animal or inanimate object tried to contact me...hmmm.

Music:

jazz, rock, pop, etc etc. my shiny new boyfriend is exposing me to many new kinds of music, but im an early alzheimers patient so i can't really remember any of their names. if youre lucky maybe i'll hum a tune and you can guess if you've heard em before or not.

Movies:

these are fun. i like many movies, and tons of parts of movies...like in total recall where ahrnold and sharon are on the side of mars and there's no air and their eyes start to bug out of their heads...or in what about bob, how "bob" screams "i'm sailing!!"...or in big when tom hanks eats the lil' tiny corn things...or MY FAVORITE is in better off dead, when ricky jumps up to try and catch the balloon when he's running out of the dance. ugh!!! now im laughing. anyway, movies are good. fin.

Television:

i both love and hate tv. i get sucked into programs that i dont want to watch but i hate how tv spins perceptions and creates trends/incorrect correlations and viewpoints. if i had the choice, i would not have tv in my house.

Heroes:

my mom, nelson mandela, your mom, wonder woman, the virgin mary, mother theresa, kids who overcome outrageous obsticles (you like that alliteration dont you ;) ?), habitual recyclers
