About Me

my name is elisabeth, but some of my friends call me eli (pronounced ellie) i'm just trying to survive in so cal and getting by one day at a time. i have goals and plans and hopes for the future but i'm not going to list them here. you'll have to talk to me if you're really interested. I'm starting at Western University for Vet school in August. I'm so excited (i think) or at least i should be and i can't wait to actually be where i know i belong. if you don't know me but would like to, please don't send me a random friend request without at least talking to me first.

My Interests

i try to be as active as i can, but i like to relax as well. i work a lot and in my spare time (if i happen to come across some) i like rollerblading, shooting sports (yes, i like guns, no i'm not a mentally unstable anti-government type), being outside and just hanging around. i also like to scuba dive (haven't been in years, though) and museums. i love anything water related from baths to swimming to sitting in a hot tub and even the way it sounds as it runs across the filter for my fishtank. i think water is one of the most soothing things on the planet.

I'd like to meet:

i wouldn't mind getting to know people in pomona considering i'm going to be spending the next 4 years there. it'd be nice to have a few friends to hang out with. i think things will work out the way they should eventually even if i can't have what i want at the moment. i'm not bitter, just realistic.

i like to read crime mysteries and suspense books. i also enjoy the classics. one of my all time fav authors is john steinbeck. i also like the dark side authors like edgar alan poe.

i love my dog more than life. he has proven himself to be the truest companion i'll ever know. he can't talk, but that just makes him perfect because he never lies to me. is is sad to think that my soulmate could have 4 legs?
