KiTone has been composing and producing music since 1993. At a young age KiTone was involved in learning music through experimentation with the help of one lucky little Casio keyboard. Looping cassette tapes, making chorus effects with double tape decks, and creating hand-made covers and fake record labels began this youngin's journey towards diamonds and platinum jewelry. Unfortunately, the Casio got left for finer synths and samplers. As the years went on, KiTone went on to work with local hip hop talent in Seattle, such as Abyssinian Creole (Khingz/Gabriel Teodros), producing their debut album, "Sexy Beast." KiTone is also behind production from forthcoming material in the Seattle scene, including a full length LP by new artist Loyale. KiTone has also worked with other talents such as Mackelmore, Toni Hill, Che Blaq, Geologic, among many others. KiTone is a member of the Universal Zulu Nation, an international organization founded by Afrika Bambaata at the dawn of hip hop. Zulu nation is instrumental in providing a community where all the elements of hip hop are promoted and used as a tool for creative expression, strengthening of the community, and leadership::::::::::::::KiTone has been engineering/recording music for over 8 years now.
