C.W & the Sessions

C.W & the Sessions started at the start of 2005 in Invercargill where the three band members met for the first time, as they had just started studying audio production at S.I.T. The band is a tight little three peice with a big rock 'n' roll sound. Their style is new and unique, with simple but catchy riffs that make their songs stick in your head. The band takes pride in their style, and energetic stage prescence. The band consists of Charlie Wilson on guitar and vocals, bassist Jared Keesing, and Jordy White on the drums. Although the band is based in Invercargill, the band hails from the north island. Charlie is from Wanganui originally, Jared from Tauranga, and Jordy from Auckland. The bands influences include The White Stripes, Kings of Leon, The Strokes, The Beatles, Elvis, Jet and the Foo Fighters. This is why their new rock 'n' roll style has emerged.
