People who enjoy life, laughter and fun and never take themselves far too seriously. I love Carry on Films, especially Sid James, that laughs great. I would also love to meet Ewan Mcgregor, and Damon Albarn to gaze upon.
Oooh i love a tune, mainly The Smiths so clever is our Mozza. 80/90's indie bands, Pixies & Frankie Black, Ska, grungy seattle stuff like mud honey and Dinosaur Jnr, but also have a soft spot for Sir Elton and Neil Diamond, so a pretty mixed bag of tunes there.
My fave film of all time is Gone with the Wind. I also love Moulin Rouge, I cry every single time I watch it and lovely Ewan McGregor is in it and he is excessively easy on the eye. I am am sucker for romance me.
Oooh I do love the idiot box. My fave is Corrie I love the characters, its funny unlike Eastenders which can be a bit grim on occasion. I also love The Sopranos its easily my favorite US TV show its so exciting and I do like excessive unnecessary profanity. I also adore in complete contrast to the sweariness of the sopranos Bagpuss, ahh bless he is a saggy old cloth cat but emily loved him (sniffles). I also never believe it when people say they don't watch the box, surely they must, I always want to say "what not even the news, do you not know about David Cameron's new scheme to introduce elastic houses? (I have blatantly nicked the elastic houses thing from Sean Locke - I admit it)
I love a good read, I refuse to read a book because I should, why put yourself through the hassle of ploughing through a mighty tome that you just aren't enjoying? I would strongly recommend the purchase of My Celebrity Boyfriend by my lovely MySpace friend Liza, a quality tome.
feel free to swing the monkey about he don't get giddy
Its gotta be John Peel what a fella, sadly missed, he was such an amazingly clever and talented man who genuinely adored music. I like to think that Uncle John got me interested in the music I love now and saved me from a lifetime of listening to music with my ears closed. When I moved down to Brighton we drove down late at night and listened to his show and he introduced a song as 2 minutes of pure loveliness and it really was, he then played a 45 second thrash metal after, top that chris moyles you waste of bloody space. I also think Jenny Eclair is fantastic, very funny, some people say she is too rum, one review said - On stage, her persona is that of a dirty, embarrassing predatory slut, old enough to know better. She's the loudmouth, lascivious bottle-blonde aunt who stumbles drunkenly into a wedding reception, wearing clothes too fashionable for her years, to tell her relatives exactly what she thinks of them, What's not to like there? Her novels are great too really dark humor. Another hero is Dame Kathy Burke - she's fucking brilliant.
