About Me

I like most things that people like. You know, the things everyone says like movies, food, breathing. In that regard, I am quite literally average.

I also like things that many people probably don't. I have a perhaps unhealthy obsession with zombies. I can occasionally juggle well. I frequently wish that I posessed Joss Whedon's writing talent. I feel strongly that the art of letter-writing should be preserved.

That said, there are many, many other things that I like or dislike, or even find mediocre. Why don't you just ask me?

I'm interested in many things. Discovering. Learning. Reading. Exploring. Writing. Zombies. Turtles. Pie. Yes, definitely pie. Handmade things. Berries. Music of all sorts. Lips. Hips. Hands. The hair on the back of your neck. Words. Upright bass. Long kisses. Short kisses. Kisses of any kind, honestly. Scrabble. Couches. Button-front shirts. Button-front shirts on girls. The smell of clean sheets. Cookies. Apples. Hot chocolate. Coffee shops. Wooden tables. Snow. Many other things, too.

I'd like to meet:

People, preferably.If you can teach me something, or introduce me to interesting music, then I will like you even more.

I don't really watch TV. I have Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel on DVD, because I'm Joss Whedon's bitch. I occasionally get sucked into 24. I'm a sucker for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Yes, I realize that makes me lame.

Books:

Recently read Lockpick Pornography, by Joey Comeau, a collection of short stories by Dave Eggers, Haunted, by Chuck Palahniuk, Me Talk Pretty One Day, by David Sedaris, Fondling Your Muse, by Dave Eggers, and The Thief of Always, by Clive Barker.

I also read half of Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, by David Sedaris, before I left it on the commuter train.

Currently reading For Fuck's Sake, by Robert Lasner.
