DJ STATIX©™ was lost in music from a young age and started testing his mixing skills at the tender age of 8. He was influenced by various artists and styles including Reggae and Hip-hop. EPMD, DAS FX & BIG DADDY KANE, DEMON BOYS, ERIC B & RAKIM abd others, were the flava. In the Early 90's STATIX©™ made the progression from Hip Hop to Jungle, Drum & Bass and Garage with a selection of tunes from DJ's/Producers such as DJ Hype, DJ SS & Dillinja, playing some of the freshest & hardest beats around, with respect for the music and influences. Today STATIX©™ still remembers the foundations and has made further progression into the Dirty, Soulful, Sexy, Broken House, and is currently playing at some of the hottest clubs around such as Traffik - EC1, , Jamm Bar - EC1. Fridge Bar and Plan B, Brixton. Hidden, Vauxhall, Arizona's, Camden Town, Liquid Bar, NW10 CLUB, Platinum Bar, Bronze Bar, Play Bar, Secret Location. After-Parties and many many more.
