About Me
hyper.records has been in business since 1995. In the end of last year we started a dedicated metal sub-label called Nailboard Records, the first release of which "Hiiekoda" by Metsatöll sold more than 1000 copies in the first three weeks and is still selling strong.
Mind you, this happened in a country with a population of around one million, where the Greatest Hits compilation of Britney Spears has sold around 300 copies. :)
Metsatöll´s "Hiiekoda" was awarded the Estonian Music Award of 2005, our local Grammy, for the best album in the Metal/Punk category.
Please visit Nailboard Netstore for our COMPLETE catalogue containing over 2500 CDs, DVDs and T-Shirts.

3. Regret Or Deny
4. Martyr Of Wrath
5. Blackened Thrasher Hordes
6. Fanatic Possession
7. Thirsty And Mad
8. Hallowed Be Thy Whip
“Martyr Of Wrathâ€, the ambiguously fresh album by Must Missa, continues to cauterize the name of the band into the hearts of all the hate-filled citizens who hold dear their spikes, axes, chains, boiling iron and garish irony seasoned in a mixture of raw alcohol and mansweat. The eight blood-and-metal-drenched tracks by the prominent trio of Estonian thrash overflow with speed, precision and borderline-religious respect towards old school. The blackened hordes are ready for battle, a new war has been declared and the sentinels of christianity are once more entitled to bitch and moan. Obtain the devilish disk today or prepare to be instantly incinerated!
Board 019: LOITS "Must album" CD 2007

Nearly three years have passed since the release of “Vere kutse kohustabâ€, but Loits have not left their guns rusting in the ditch. On Estonian Flag Day, June 4th, the long-awaited “Must album†(“Black albumâ€), encompassing nine songs of unheard-of brilliance. The record is not unlike a picture album left behind by the grand-grandparents, documenting not only photographs, but also all the joy expereiced, as well as the tragedy of one small nation. “Must album†does not glorify the love for the fatherland or the soldier’s valour, not the beauty of life or the pain of grief, although the latter one acts like the cord that twines the songs together. The new Loits album is a gift of remembrance to those departed, serving also as a reminderto all that injustice never dies.
The limited edition of “Must album†is a true bag of surprises to all friends of Loits. In addition the actual album, the neat cardboard package contains a cool sticker as well as six commemoratory cards. The main thing, though, is the bonus EP “Mustad laulud†(“Black songsâ€), containing four tunes that are of somewhat different cast, yet entirely delicious nevertheless. And as if this was not enough, it also includes a photo album, a newsreel movie about the “Must album†record and a “Monologue†balancing the overall tonality of the album, all launchable on a PC. Together with Loits you are strong!

10. Give Me Some Shit
11. B.O.M Fuckers
12. Wretched In Catwalk
13. Pop Rock Cowboy
14. Basemet Medic
15. Like Lingerie For Hardworker
Hailing from Estonia, GORESOERD are a new group of experienced local musicians. “Goremarket Mid-Prices†is their second recording with a whole new quality, filled with the devastating groovy brutality born in the proverbial land of Goregrind. Effectively combining this with touches of crust-hardcore madness and unbelieveably variable vocal lines, these 17 tracks won’t leave you anything but asking for more and gore!
Notes of parody and sick humour as well as the use of unconventional imagery embedded in the stunning artwork team up with the music to stress the band’s will to share their insane creation with other nihilistic headbangers around the world. Proudly presented by Naiboard Records, this is an extra hot pie straight from the ovens of Rockhouse Studio.
Board 016: THE SIN:DECAY "Rehabilitation" CD 2007
1. We are all slaves
2. Deathlike addiction
3. Cold dead skin
4. Celestial Revulsion
5. Give it away
6. C7618K76
“Industrial metal with heavy electronic programming and distorted vocals — the Sin:Decay aren´t a million miles away from the likes of Kovenant and Deathstars.†These words found in the 159th issue of Metal Hammer should suffice as introduction to our freshest victim. The limited mini album by THE SIN:DECAY will be released in an 8-panel digipak format on February 26, 2007. The fact that a scoundrel of local origin (and probably known to those of you that are well-versed in the Estonian metal scene) has joined forces in this venture with the ex-members of ...and Oceans, should stir up some pre-release buzz...
Board 015: THARAPHITA Iidsetel sünkjatel radadel CD 2007
1. Iidsetel sünkjatel radadel
2. Vahkturm
3. Ristikatk
4. Surmatalv
5. Loodusviha
6. Hullusesse
7. Raudses haardes
"Taara, avita!" ("Help us, Taara!") Thus sounded the ancient warchant in the 13th century and thus may it sound once again in the year 2007! Tharaphita’s newest release sees the band returning to its roots — back to the rough pagan reality, to the Estonian mothertongue. "Iidsetel sünkjatel radadel" ("On Paths Ancient and Dark") leaves no doubt about the identity of the forefather of original Estonian pagan/black metal; the music, reflecting aggression and battle-readiness, while also conveying sincere angst and agony, is a testament to the slumbering fight for freedom, yet a sure sign that a day shall come when ten thousand Estonians once again raise their swords towards the heavens. One in body and soul, let us rise against the name of christ!

Do you remember a gig last autumn in Rock Café that was so overfilled with people that as many people were left behind the doors as were admitted inside? Do you remember the Maailmaküla festival this summer, where songs by Veljo Tormis got a new sheen and history was made together with the Estonian National Male Choir? Do you know the metal band who for the past two years has returned with a glittering trophy from the Estonian Music Awards competition? Do you know these four guys whose pride for their fatherland and national self-awareness has kept the Estonians agog for several years now? Have you heard the old and the young, the big and the small, the brats and the old-timers all shouting in unison with the band on-stage: See you on the battlefield!
Now all this is coming back, and more: the charismatic band, a colorful stage show, igniting songs, merry tall tales, crazed fans, in-depth interviews, thrilling back-stage footage and all wolf-minded brothers in arms for three days, Metsatöll presents their new DVD/ CD combo, titled See You On The Battlefield!
The show was recorded last year on November 11th in Rock Café. In addition to the 75-minute show, the DVD contains an hour-long movie about the doings of Metsatöll starting from 2000 up until the gig in the Finnish Tuska festival this year, before an audience of tens of thousands. The DVD also has interviews with the band members, their opinions, thoughts and confessions about themselves and the band. And an audio-CD recording of the live show is included as well.
A limited edition of the DVD/CD combo of "See You On The Battlefield!" is also released in a gorgeous digi-book format, with a 64-page booklet included, and only 1000 copies will be available. Also includes lyrics in English.

1. Sutekskäija
2. Hakkame mehed minema
3. Hundi loomine
4. Sõjahunt
5. Saaremaa vägimees
The fact that Metsatöll doesn´t like to rest their paws for long must be common knowledge to all friends and comerades of the Tölls. But that a spick-and-span-new laser disc of wolven metal can find a place in their CD-shelf already this weekend must be something they dared not even dream of!
Yet that´s exactly how things are here and now the new Metsatöll songs are available on the EP "Sutekskäija" already on June 30 at the Vigala Hard Rock Laager festival, where the Tölls will make time in their busy schedule and greet at the Nailboard Records tent all those interested in genuine Töll paw-prints on their CDs.
"Sutekskäija" contains two totally new songs: "Sutekskäija" and "Hakkame mehed minema" the latter specially made for the first Estonian male dance festival in Rakvere (together with Jarek "Chalice" Kasari), as well as three tracks from the "R2 Live" radio live recording.
Fans of Metsatöll, be quick, for "Sutekskäija" is a limited edition
release; only 2000 copies have been pressed!!!
Board 601: MUST MISSA Pure Hate 7" EP 2006
1. Pure Hate
(taken from "The Target Of Hate" recording session, 2005; Estonian language special)
2. Heavy Metal Bastard
(taken from "Goat Of Sin" promo, 2004.)
3. Overloaded Maniac
(taken from "The Target Of Hate" pre-recorded demo, 2005)
Finally we have in our sweaty and shaking hands the first vinyl release for both Must Missa as well as Nailboard Records that was initially supposed to be released on the Date of the Beast. On this beuatifully designed disc you´ll find three previously unreleased Must Missa tracks with good sound quality, each recorded in a different studio and possessing a different sound and atmosphere. Thus the EP "Pure Hate" gives a pretty good overview of the band´s creative quests predating the "The Target Of Hate" album and is a sweet treat to all the maniacs into Must Missa and why not those into thrash metal worldwide. After all, the release is officially dedicated to the latter!
Long live the madness!!!
The "Pure Hate" 7" EP is a limited edition release; only 666 copies were
pressed.

4. Pro Mod Action
5. Fuel System Alert
6. 1/4 Mile
7. Dominant Force
8. Tension
9. Rolling Chassis
10. Trial And Error
11. Brain Of the Engine
The debut by Nitrous, while strongly smelling of gasoline and nitrous oxide, delivers wild rhytms, vicious soloing, relentless bass onslaughts, breathtaking drum bombardments and mercilessly raw vocals working as an additional rhytm instrument. Led by the champion drag racer Lauri Kuriks (guitar), the band incorporates the unfathomable appeal of ultra-powerful mechanics, the suffocating enchantment of superhuman speeds and the enlightening effects of sound barrages that challenge human aural endurance into a one-of-a-kind thrash metal revelation. Warning! May induce sudden weight-gain in the right leg when listened while driving a motorized vehicle!
map061: MANATARK Crimson Hours CD 2006
Nailboard Records partially supported the recording of the new Manatark album Crimson Hours, thanks to which we now own the distribution rights to the aforementioned release in Scandinavia, including Estonia other Baltic countries.

2. Crimson Hours
3. When Death You Takes
4. My Plague Upon You
5. Spiral Swirls
6. Black Breath
7. Pulse (instrumental)
8. Sirens Calling
9. Ei Ãœhtegi Orja
10. The Fall (outro)
If you liked Chaos Engine, brace yourself the new album is even more furious and punctual, undoubtedly making it the best Manatark release yet! Expect both melodic vocals and growling, technical riffs and guitar leads, monolithic bass and fretless wizardry, a mercyless drum-artillery as well as majestic songs that prouldy march along.
The title Crimson Hours refers to the last hours preceding death, when a person feels so terribly much more alive than ever before yet already getting a whiff of the approaching demise, explains frontman Draconic.

10. Oma laulu ei leia ma üles
Terast mis hangund me hinge (Steel Frozen In Our Souls) is about the experiences of ancient Estonians at the horizon of aeons, and about their fight for remaining themselves that has gone on from archaic times to the present, seen through the eyes of a faithful companion, the wolf. Not a moment of surrendering from beginning to the end. Steel frozen in our hearts, the might and skills of our forefathers, tears bursting of grandeur and not of sadness, all meet in the listener like a primeval vigour and a soul-embracing melody. Its the feeling of togetherness that binds this work into a single whole, a single hilt in a clenched fist.

8. Öö
9. Ööliblikas
10. Hüljatu
11. Poeg on pätt
Although the multi-meaningful title might led one to believe otherwise, depression, mysticism and hallucinogens cover only a small portion of the themes on Taak´s debut album "Koerapööriöö". Morose yet rocking ugri-doom is firmly rooted in the Estonian underground metal of the 80s, combining ironically lyrical poetry with Sabbathesque riff-crushing, soulful guitar solos and haunting vocals. "Koerapööriöö" is a spirit-refreshing eulogy to the toughness and healthy pessimism of the Hyperborean people.
