•Food, fresh air, thunder storms, getting my feet wet, getting my hands dirty, seeing my friends, swimming in cold water, swimming in warm water, digging, summer days, summer nights, summer in general, the feeling that summer is imminent, the feeling you get at the beginning of summer when you can tell you're going to have a really idyllic summer, the feeling you get when you're having a really idyllic summer, the opposite of winter, going abroad, adventuring about the place and what-not, being nosy, winter, reading, watching tv, laughing, trying to make other people laugh and making fun of time travellers.

The West Wing is fantastic and I can't believe I've ignored it until now. Arrested Development is brilliant, too. Also, Doctor Who and Torchwood, Green Wing, Scrubs, Family Guy, Black Books, QI, The Simpsons and Futurama, which is perhaps the best cartoon to grace this planet with its divine presence.
My favourite author, at the moment anyway is Haruki Murakami. Norwegian Wood and Kafka on the Shore are two books by him that I loved. You should read them. NOW. GO. John Steinbeck writes very well. I love Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels and I like Harry Potter, too. There are probably about a hundred mega-intellectual books I could list here but I won't because I don't have the energy.
