STEP:ONE is an organisation consisting of many different individuals and collectives alike. We cover every aspect of music orientated culture, from production and promotion to clothing and merchandise. We stand for good music surrounded by good people. We want to establish and set precedents within the music culture scene. STEP:ONE is an entity in its own right, its success depends upon the individual members personal motives to help perpetuate the cycle. With this in mind, each individual is involved with STEP:ONE because of his / her initial passion for music, where it is not just a past time but a way of life. Therefore everyone can succeed both individually and as a collective and feel that their efforts are positive as well as rewarding." To produce an all seeing self motivated level of personal satisfaction which will in turn create a greater awareness of what is, and should be, the answer to the common goal, amongst all people, no matter of faith, creed, colour or conviction.In itself this seems like an unattainable situation given the vast array of attitudes and values in the world today; there is no clear common ground upon which all humans, (in its defined definition) can unite.
