YEEOOOO! We are Backwash and we are a 4 piece Hard Rock
band from Coleraine in Northern Ireland!
We started giging in January 2006 and since then been playing gigs all around northern ireland. Before that we were together for about 5 months just messing about lots because we all are best friends and we never really took it that seriously untill now. We Started off playing covers but since the gigs went well, we decided to write and record a first ep "Take what your given" which was ok at best though now weve dropped the songs from that ep and rerecorded one.
Next the making music workshop came along and freely recorded 3 songs for us which are available to listen to above and they also built us a website which is www.backwashmusic.com. They are responsible for all current material on the site.
At the minute we have almost finished recording new material and we have the CD being released hopefully around end of july/august.
