GBOR is the next R&B sensation. They have a combination of all the elements needed for super stardom, with 6'5 & 6'6 frames, the look of supermodels, style and sultry, perfectly toned vocals, they are sure to more than captivate their target audience. Their soulful, melodic sound is comprised of many influences including; Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, The Commission, The Clark Sisters, Kimberly Burrell and others.
The group GBOR is made up of twin brothers, Jason and Joshua Gbor. Their father of African decent in Liberia and their mother from America, the twins were exposed to a multicultural upbringing that is clearly evident in their music.
They began their career in the entertainment industry at the tender age of five as twin models. Though they had and presently have a commanding presence on the runway, they found music to be the path they were lead to pursue.
They started singing in the church choir at the age of ten and it was at that time they also began writing their own material and performing. The twins added another hat to their craft, production and the group was officially born.
Having worked with entities such as Laface Records, Florida Boy Entertainment and Realist Records, GBOR have performed with artists such as; Alicia Keys, Usher, Brandy and Destiny's Child. They have traveled the world captivating audiences in many different arenas with their seductive R&B style. Owners of the Twin's Out publishing company as well as their own brand of music, the GBOR are the next duo of superstars on the horizon.
