I'm a copy editor specializing in features, entertainment and television for a newspaper in Northern California. I've lived all over the U.S., and somehow ended up living less than a mile from the hospital I was born in. I love anything '80s and am a big fan of Hollywood musicals, Disney parks, the Oscars (and pretty much any awards show), John Waters movies and reality television. My favorite holiday is Halloween, and I still get together with childhood friends for annual pumpkin-carving and costume parties. The best time of my life was when I was 22 and moved to Orlando to work at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida. My friends are the most important thing in my life. I just realized that what I wrote seems a little too "goody two-shoes." While all of the above is true, as Britney says, I'm not that innocent. I have a wicked sense of humor and love going out on the town (well, what town there is here in Sacramento). Even though I may be older than 35, I have the heart and mind of someone much younger (although, I'm glad to be my age and not going through all the drama and insecurity that was the 20s).background-color:transparent;
