Autumn Haze

Voted Lagrange, GA's Favorite Band!

About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorI guess some would say Autumn Haze was born around 1997 based out of Columbus, GA. The original group started out as a five peice including a hot shot harp player from Cleveland but as our tastes changed and the 4 of us excluding the harp player realized Columbus and surrounding areas wasn't ready for the hard core blues that we were driving towards full speed with no foot on the brake that a change was needed. It was the late 90's, Alternative rock had made it's mark on society and Autumn Haze wanted a peice of it so we played primarily cover songs of that genre and worked on our original CD. Our self-titled CD was released in 99 and actually got some notoriety as being "a pretty good attempt" but nothing ever came of it. In 2002, Autumn Haze broke up and all of us went our separate ways. In the spring of 2005 the call was put out for the original members to reunite to make one last go of it well it almost worked out with the exception of the harp player....again! Autumn Haze is pretty much going to stay a local "party" band with really no big aspirations of making it big in the music industry or getting caught up in bureaucracy and pressures of the industry, we're all about the total and complete fun of it now. So in essence we're to old and to ugly (except Bob, by his own right of course) to be on any CD but it's not to say that if we got offered a bonified contract we wouldn't take but it would have to come with a guranteed 401k package and health insurance! Check out the web site, leave us some comments and whatever you do always live life to the fullest never take any shit from anyone!
