Add to My Profile | More VideosJuca is the side project of singer/producer Carol C. and producer/programmer Justin Filmer. Carol C is most known for her work with Si*Sé and releases with DJ Nickodemus of "Turntables on the Hudson" fame. Justin Filmer came from Australia as a teen and has been involved in music most of his life. In addition to playing multiple instruments, Justin has worked as a sound engineer and toured with artists such as Marc Anthony, Julio Iglesias, The Roots, D'Angelo, Celia Cruz, Willie Colon, Tricky and Oasis. He has also performed and recorded with bands "Action Figures" and "Remi Leku" amongst others. Carol and Justin have been making music together for many years, when their busy schedules' allow. They also work as a remix team and released their first remix collaboration for the Si*Sé single "More Shine" in January 2006. They occasionally perform live... Every show is different being that they're constantly exploring their sound. For now it's mainly pretty acoustic with some electronic elements. Check our schedule for show dates.
