Where you live shouldn't determine whether you live

About Me

I have my eye on the future. I have recently come to the realization that if I want things to change, I am going to have to change them. I am a student of Political Science, but I want so much to be more than a student. I want to be involved in any way I can, in any way that will help the people of this country. I want health care for everyone, especially those who can't afford it. I want our education system to be one of our largest government expeditures, because it is the most vital investment any country can contribute to. I want environmental reform and a real R&D program that will yield important changes in fossil fuel consumption. I want immigration reform, but not at the cost to the individual; restriction without prosecution. I consider China, Oil, and Social Services the biggest issues that will affect my politics in the future, because twenty years from now they will be huge impacts on daily life and the status of this country.Wouldnt it be something if for once in this country, we could focus on the issues and not the people wanting to help? Mudslinging is an immature tool for achieving political victory; and for those that would use them, your time is ending. Understanding me as a person is important before you put your faith in me, but make no mistake, those that would smear my name have an agenda all their own. Political decisivness is within everyone's reach, should they choose to look past the petty and superficial. It's time for big ideas.
