"Rise And Walk" written by: Dennis ByrdThis is anamazing story about a football player who broke his neck at his c level. The docs told him he would never walk, he shows them wrong, this book is about how he goes through alot to walk again, an amazing book. by far the best one i have ever read.
Heroes:
my PaPa, he was such a strong person, after looseing him to brain cancer things have changed in our family, some good things and some bad things, i understand how serious life and death are, I just have a hard time accepting it, but i know that my papa is watching down on us everyday :)
Also Christopher Reeves, He was such a strong man, such a good actor when suddenly his life changed, chris was thrown from a horse and fell to the ground landing on his head breaking his spianl cord very high up in his neck.. chris could not prevent this from happening because his hands were tied up on the horse.. and after many years of chris being in a chair he formed the christopher reeves foundation for SCI patients such as me, (Spinal Cord Injury). After chris passed away in october of 2004 his work of promoting SCI cure will never stop... The foundation has grown alot since his passing...
