Thursday, December 27th 2007:Ok guys so 3 months since my last News Update. Let's get it going.The "Farewell To Allegiance" Tour was nothing short of AMAZING! Great shows, loads of new friends, all the old ones coming out to support. It was a good tour for family. Those of you who had the chance to come out, I'd really like to thank you guys for being there for us and with us. It was a big tour for us and it turned out to be one of the best.Also, i would just like to take this time to mention something we did on every show that those who went would remember. Every night we took our "moments of noise" as paid tribute to our fallen brother Vitek. It was a big moment for all of us to pay our little tribute because it was a harsh strike to the family. You never really know how fragile your life is until it's taken from you. I hope you all take this is a learning experience. This world is a very harsh world. We're plagued with hatred, but we are all family. This is what music is. FAMILY. Make sure that your friends, family and anyone you hold close to you, know that you love them. Make sure that they know what they mean to you because one day they will be gone. There's no bigger regret in life than to know that you have so much to say to someone that is no longer there to tell. Just know that I and everyone in this band appreciate every single one of you guys. All the lovers all the haters and all the in betweeners. Because regardless of your feelings every single one of you has put us where we are today and we would never be able to let out our messages to such great audiences if it weren't for your attention, support and hate-comments. WE LOVE YOU!Ok, so that was a little deeper than i had expected but on with the update.As you guys may have noticed we have posted 2 new PRE-PRODUCTION tracks for you guys to check out and give us your feedback on. We're pretty stoked on the new stuff we're writing. Yea, we know it sounds different but i think that's kind of what we're aiming for. Not entirely different, of course, but i think just more mature is what we're aiming for. Either way, continue to give us your feedback whether it be positive OR negative. it ALL helps and we need your feedback because we are all a big team. The general response for these songs live have been amazing so hopefully you guys dig the recordings too!Ok, so the video for the "Brighter Side Of Suffering" is FINALLY finished. We're going to be posting it VERY VERY VERY soon. I think it's the biggest waste of time to even bother posting it anymore but we're going to post it anyway. Sorry for the long huge obnoxious wait. Haha SERIOUSLY! I can't express how annoyed we were with the lag on the production of this video.Well i think i've got all those bases covered just one more thing to talk about:We're going to be home until March probably playing a few local shows here and there every month until we leave again. While we're home we're going to finish writing the record and record it. We're really excited because everything is sounding intense. There is so much from so many different worlds that it's coming out GREAT!I'm going to be keeping you updated much more often since we'll be home, we may even do video journals to interact more openly with you guys. Horns Up!Sunday, September 23rd 2007:Ladies AAANNDDD Gentlemen!First things first! Bummers must be taken care of. So a lot of you guys who have seen us know who Sonik is. Those of you who don't, if you can't see him under members, he was our merch guy for quite a while. This tour was his last tour with us and we had to, very unfortunately, say goodbye to him on this tour. It's killed us all and everyone knows what a loss this is to us. But! Check out his new band Fallen Figure(Those bastards are the reason he's not with us anymore)! They're from So Cal too so make sure you go check them out every chance you get! I'm sure I'll be doing merch for them every now and then. Ironic, right? Support those guys and support Sonik. He has been and always will be a huge part of the family and he will be missed even more than he already is. WE LOVE YOU SONIK! JUST WILD OUT! myspace.com/fallenfigurek back to business!Ok, so we're home from tour! Yea, we're extremely exhausted but we had a hell of a great time on the Malice Tour! Saw a lot of old friends and made a ton of new ones! The shows were all amazing as were all the times before and after them. We're home now so now to get to working on our sophomore album! We're finishing up a couple of new tracks that we will be posting within the next 2 weeks or so up on the myspace for you guys and girls to check out! I'm sure you guys will love the new material as much as we do!Ok so the drummer situation, i know you guys are wondering whats going on. We're working with Ryan Thomas right now. He's been kicking ass so he's going to be pumping out some drums on the new stuff for us. Hopefully it works out with him. Those of you who have met him and had a chance to get to know him a bit will definitely agree with me when I say that he's one of the coolest guys i've ever met. Plus, he looks like the 40 year old virgin. Bad joke. haha. Bottom line, he's an AWESOME drummer. wish us luck!Anyway, we're STILL waiting on the video for "The Brighter Side of Suffering." i know i know, they're making us look like douchebags because they're taking FOREVER to get it done and out there. But the reassurance is that it's ALMOST done and the finishing touches
ARE being placed. so sit tight guys! No one is going crazier than we are!Well that's about all i can give you for an update for now! Hopefully we'll be seeing you all again soon!Mad Love!Ernie and your AbrballsacksTuesday, September 11th 2007 :What's up guys and girlies?Almost done with the Malice tour with Through The Eyes Of The Dead, Beneath the Massacre and Ion Dissonance(who unfortunately had to drop off the tour a few days ago =[ )! This tour has been awesome and tons of fun but we're definitely all stoked to be coming home soon to get back to work on our 2nd Full Length album which is currently untitled. When we get home we're going to throw 2 new tracks up on this here little Myspace page of ours so keep both your eyes and ears open for that! Hmm...not much else worth mentioning right now other than that, but thank you to EVERYONE who has come out to all the shows, hooked us up with a place to crash, fed us, bought merch and helped us get to our next stop. And definitely a lot of love to all the new friends we made on this tour and all the old ones who showed up to show their love! Thanks for all the support guys!
