After a long period of absence I once again picked up the guitar in 2001 after spending countless hours at the remarkable singer/songwriter joint Java Joes, San Diego. Filled with new inspiration I finally made my return to Sweden in 2002, eager to put down new ideas to paper. After spending two years in my hometown Stockholm, writing and singing, I decided it was time to make a move again, this time to Spain. These days u can can find me in Barcelona were I keep myself busy playing the local venues with my guitar partner in crime, Robin Barden. Hope u enjoy the music! Cheers
Update time! OK, so some time has passed since I moved to Spain and I first wrote my bio and now it's, wow, 2008.. still in Barcelona, never thought I would stay so long but the fact is I love it and I feel more and more like home. Things have moved a long, slowly, spanish style, but nevertheless moving. Have been growing as a musician over the last years, much thanks to all our shows and the great musicians around me. Have managed to get a couple of live albums out that I sell on our shows. (or please contact me here if you're interested in getting your own copies). Two of my songs, I Fall Down & There Was You, are appearing in a TV film, Adrenalina, airing this spring on national and autonomous channels in Spain. The big news that I'm really excited about is that I have started to collaborate with a spanish producer and the master plan is to actually finish a studio album this very year so keep your ears open.
Another plan of mine for this year is to try to get around a little more, travelling in combination w playing, mmmmmmm, starting w little trips to Ibiza, Formentera Belgium, Germany and Sweden this spring/summer. If you are willing and able to sort out some little place for us to come and play in your hometown don't hestitate to contact me, we'll be over in no-time!
