Don't dream your life - live your dream... I'm a living dreamer.

About Me

I learned to play the classic guitar, when I was about 12. First I wasn't very interested - until I tried and found some kind of hidden talent.

As I'm very f*@..ing lazy, my teachers weren't very pleased with me quite often. I always used to pick up some technique or chords I liked from the I-should-practice-parts and began to compose immediately.

I also used to play along with my first classic guitar to every kind of music coming out of my HiFi-tower - often to the "grief" of my parents (haha!).

But I became better!!

After I tried to find the right guys to put together a band, played along with some local acts and collected live- and studio-experiences I was asked to join THIRDMOON as 3rd GUITARIST!

To keep the musical balance I never stopped composing classical(-alike) themes (DOMINIK SEBASTIAN) and joined the formation SWANPOEM (irish and spanish folk with classic, blues and rock to accompany our classically-trained female singer).

My latest missions were the recording-sessions for SCARGOD and my own Classic-Album "Un Béti Telt - Un't it led? vol.MIX", which will be finished next time to be released privatelly in spring 08.

That should be enough about my musical way for the first (but to be continued...) You can visit me at: www.thirdmoon.at , www.musikergilde.at/mitglieder/hindingerdominik

My Interests

MUSIC all the first! I'm into music since I can think (NO, NOT FOR JUST A WEEK!!!)I would say, my original spectrum reaches from 70's Rock (Sabbath, Purple, Pink Floyd, Genesis) - which I got in concact through my fathers record collection - over 80's/90's HR/HM (Metallica, Megadeth, Maiden, Bon Jovi) up to modern stuff (Nevermore, Opeth, Soilwork, ...), also with female voice (Within Temptation, Lana Lane, The Gathering, Lacuna Coil). But not only these music-styles make my heart pounding faster...For some time I (more often) prefer listening to Progrock-bands (DT, Ayreon, Porcupine Tree, Marillion), their projects (Transatlantic, Liquid Tension Exp., Planet X) and solo-works (Lukather, Petrucci, MacAlpine, Sherinian).Besides of that I love film scores (LotR, Braveheart, The Cell, Gladiator),medi..-alike) music (Blackmore's Night),and some jazzy and bluesy tunes (Al DiMeola, Simon Phillips, Richie Sambora, Eric Sardinas).

I'd like to meet:
