"Horace Brown P.K.A. (professionally known as) HB"
Born in Germany, HB is the son of a professional military drummer. At age 5, HB moved to the United States. It was here while singing in a church choir in Pensacola, Florida that his musical journey began.
With the love of music coursing through his veins, HB decided to cultivate his talent by learning to play the guitar, the keyboard, and the drums. The synergy of singing and creating music only confirmed HB's desire to be a professional musician.
After graduating from High School, HB began studying the technical aspect of recording. He received a degree in audio engineering from the Audio Recording Institute of Technology. This degree led to opportunities working on sound setups for artists such as Frankie Beverly and Maze, The Manhattans, and Mickey Giley. HB next entered into the world of broadcast radio working with powerhouses Cumulus broadcasting and the Tom Joyner morning show.
HB has performed his self-produced musical styling for a diverse array of listeners; the audience feedback has been phenomenal. He is currently working with producer Poli Paul as an artist and main staff writer under Bridge Kid Entertainment.
Citing musical inspirations that include Jimmy Hendrix, David Ruffin, Phil Collins, and Stevie Wonder, HB is ready to take his place and fulfill his musical destiny.
