Normavana [NEW SONG UP!!!]

Normavana started in 2001 when Michele Lancellotti met Daniele Bisogno. This two guys had the common dream to play in a band, and started to looking for completing the line up. They found Romeo Zitarosa bassist and lead voice. The trio started to play punk hardcore covers, but after few months they decided to start to writing songs by themself. They soon defined a personal style characterized by the choice to sing in italian, an unuasual choice for an american-derivated genre. The band chose to deal with personal themes involved with the musical and daily reality that surrounded them (and still does). In spite of the difficulties about the scarce familiarity with this kind of music in Salerno, Normavana grew up and in the summer of 2004 guitarist, Gianluca di Benedetto,from the band McProb, joined the line up. With another guitar Normavana found a more powerful sound. On september of 2004 they recorded a first self-titled demo. When Romeo left the band, Francesco Panza took his place in the final line up. With this new formation, Normavana take part to some national and international compilations. Now the four guys present the new work that reflects their artistic growth.
