Strength & Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer/Kickboxing Instructor.I've worked with several elite athletes including Michael Hawkins (formerly of the Boston Celtics), Matt Hume (Extreme Fighting Champion, World Submission Wrestling Champion, PRIDE judge), and Curtis Schuster (ISKA Super Heavyweight World Muay Thai & Asian Rules Champion, K-1 competitor).

I've spent several years in (and recently returned to) Japan, where I currently train K-1 fighters Nicholas Pettas and Peter "Mr. Incredible" Graham.

My monthly strength & conditioning column appeared in "Full Contact Fighter" for 4 years, and ran for 2 years in "IRONMAN Japan". I was featured on the cover of Japans No. 1 English magazine, "Metropolis", and was also interviewed for the Japanese bodybuilding magazine, "BODYPOWER". My "5-Step" fitness column ran in Tokyo's "Player" magazine for 6 months.
