Movies...writing screenplays...my family...my friends...feeding my brain...meeting new and exciting people...Entertaining those new and exciting people(along with everyone else)...eating good food...booking acting gigs...and generally living life.I also look forward to adding "regular exercise" to my list of interests.
My soul's counterpoint in another...with a fantastic rack! J/K-physical beauty is what draws one in but its the inner beauty, the spirit, the passion that keeps 'em interested. Flesh is fleeting, the soul is eternal. But I do request that any females be at least 18. I don't want to pop up on some "DATELINE" special. And as for the fellas, well, if I don't know you already, I probably won't add you. I didn't sign on for the sausage. Sorry. But feel free to leave me a message anyways. Everybody's got something to say, a story to tell and I want to hear yours. Peace be with you in the meantime."Be bold and mighty forces will come to your aid." ~Gerta
Depends on my mood. My top three favorites are: Crystal Method, Beastie Boys and Coldplay...and no, I'm not gay! Others I enjoy range from the Cure & the Pixies to hip-hop and classic rock. I try to keep an open mind about music, but I seriously can't stomach country. I don't know what it is, but the sounds of country music make me nauseous.
My top 5 movies are: "Last of the Mohicans", "Shawshank Redemption", "Predator", "Aliens" and "Saving Private Ryan". These are my top 5 for mostly personal reasons. These are the ones that I could watch over and over and never grow tired of them.I enjoy finding new films to watch. Like "Bubba Ho-Tep", "Dog Soldiers" and "Layer Cake". I find foreign films tough to enjoy. Learning to appreciate silent flicks.Since I'm in the business of writing movies, I try to keep an open mind about films. I hope to one day write something that will become someone else's personal favorite.
I don't own a tv but when I can, I catch the following: "Entourage", "Brotherhood", "Simpsons", "Dateline", "Hannity&Colmes", anything on History Channel or Discovery Channel...NFL football...I HATE reality tv with a white-hot passion. It caters to the lowest common denominator, highlighting the worst qualities of human nature. People who get on reality tv shows are nothing more than desperate attention whores!
I just cashed in my Barnes&Noble Gift card from Xmas and have the following to read: Dan Simmons' "The Terror", Capote's "In Cold Blood", "Running With Scissors", "Me Talk Pretty One Day" and "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay".This is after I finish the Bartimaeus Trilogy.Don't let the titles fool you. I'm still cool. Or so my mom keeps telling me.
My pops-Big Bruno Baggio...other than that, I think anyone who distinguishes him/herself by trying to make this world a better place is a hero. People who create rather than destroy-these are heroes.
