Christina! BRING ME THE AXE!

About Me

I'm happy, yet aware of the ironic ramifications of my happiness. I am content, yet I am ready for the other shoe to drop. Life is a drama with a beginning, a middle and no end. No matter where you go, there you are. Every day is a gift and an opportunity to be fulfilled and to commit random acts of sublimation. It takes a while before you can step over inert bodies and go ahead with what you were trying to do....I think everyone should adopt a pet from a shelter. I have two wonderful adult doggies that I adopted from Triboro Animal Welfare in Kinnelon, NJ. They're both very happy and spoiled, and they make great company although they leave hair on my car seats and leave their bones in my bed when I'm at work.I'm also participating in the Braking The Cycle bike ride from Gettysburg to NYC in memory of my friend, Christopher Miller. Braking The Cycle raises money for the HIV / AIDS services of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender Community Center in New York. It's not about AIDS research, it's about raising money for people who need it, NOW. www.brakingthecycle.org.I'm Noella, Please donate to my ride!Love YA GUTZ! Mwaaaaa!

My Interests

Music, arts, skating, skiing, hiking, biking Bicycle Race
..
Add to My Profile | More Videos , swimming. I like being outside in the sunshine and digging in the dirt in my garden. I enjoy watching bad movies at home and cooking fabulous meals for my friends to enjoy. I design costumes for a childrens theatre in my spare time, which is fun, but drives me friggin crazy. I am addicted to coffee. I hate writing profiles almost as much as I hate reading others.I'm also participating in a 275 mile bike ride to help raise money for AIDS awareness. This is a very important cause for me as I've lost friends to this horrible disease. My best friend Chris lost his battle with AIDS on January 30th and I'm riding for him. Please visit www.brakingthecycle.com and help sponsor my ride. I'm rider 192 NOELLA. AIDS impacts all races and sexual orientations! It's not just gay people!

I'd like to meet:

Like Likes Like. I don't like people with vices. No filthy habits. Be authentic and not under the influence. Feel your pain, your happiness, your problems.. don't medicate them. I don't appreciate weak people who find fault in others. We should embrace others for their differences and accept people for who and what they are. We are equal but different. It would also be nice if you floss, clean between your toes and wash your hoo-hah. Fresh breath gets you noticed.I would like to meet someone who would worship me as a godess and buy me expensive things. Ok.. I'll settle for a sculptor with a white beard and pretty green eyes... (who also worships me like a godess).

Music:

White Stripes, Franz Ferdinand, John Spencer Blues Explosion, CAKE, REM, The Cure, Morrissey,Gorillaz, Gnarles Barklay, etc BLA BLA BLA, I could go on and on.. I just don't like country music.

Movies:

Grey Gardens, A touch of Evil, City of Lost Children, The Hours, Magnolia, Plains Trains & Automobiles, The Green Mile, The Loved One., MOMMY DEAREST (Don't fuck with me fellas.. this ain't my first time at the rodeo!). anything with Christopher Walken.. although, he's wearing elastic waist pants these days, and it's really killing it for me. Anything campy.. I love cheezy camp.

Television:

The old BATMAN series, Alice (I can sing the theme song), Home decorating shows, anything with autopsies, forensic investigations or platic surgery and William Shatner. I dont' really watch a lot of tv, but I love the classics. I've recently become addicted to Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe. There's nothing hotter than a rugged guy covered in guano.

Books:

Non fiction. Michael Pollen and anything by David Sedaris and Augusten Burroughs. Books about religion, phsycology, serial killers, forensic science, cook books. I love fashion magazines, Scientific American, Village Voice and The Onion.

Heroes:

I think Mary Kay Ash was a great person. I like tough old broads that don't take any crap, especially from men. I'm inspired by the fashions of Edie Beale, Joan Crawford and Liberace. I'm also very fond of the dead people in my life, namely my gramma. She was a riot. They dont' make them like her anymore. I've yet to taste a potroast quite as wonderful as hers.
