Skilled as a Record Producer, Writer, and Vocalist, (the funky smooth sensation of R&B and Rap). SMOOTHSIDE combines the flavors of hardcore Rap, R&B and smooth vocals to display a style that is smooth innovative for all listeners. SMOOTHSIDE means having the ability to create hardcore on the tip of the edge and still bring it home smooth. THE SMOOTHER SIDESMOOTHSIDE consists of one memberCharles Mr. Smooth Sparks was born in Saginaw, MI. He has taken piano lessons for eight years. Charles is influenced by Jermaine Dupri, Puffy, and Ice Cube. He graduated from St. Marys Cathedral in Saginaw. Throughout high school, Charles had many bands, played in many talent shows, and halls. Charles has owned his own recording studio since June of 1986 and currently using ProTools MixPlus. During this time he developed his Producing, Writing, and Vocal abilities. In his spare time Charles enjoys his family, practicing martial arts, playing basketball, and watching action movies.Mr. Smooth is searching for a Production Deal, Label deal or finding a home for his Recording Artist.Mr. Smooths future goals are getting a production deal, having platinum songs, and having his own record label.Mr. Smooth has worked on projects that includes McBreed, Mack The JackA, T-Double of (D.F.C.), BootLeg of the Dayton Family, Richie Rich and Too Short. He is also receiving local support from DJ Fresh at WTLZ in Michigan.
