About Me

Let's see... Well, I'm kind of a coffee snob, but that comes in handy with my job. I work for a roaster selling coffee to coffeeshops and restaurants; I couldn't ask for a better job. I'm a pretty happy person most of the time, it usually takes a lot to piss me off. I love drinking wine and spending time with my friends and I LOVE Portland, OR. I lived in Portland for several years, but sadly, I had to move back to Minneapolis because I was having a bit too much fun. I do hope to move back there one day, though. Portland is the greatest city! I talk to my cat a lot, which, I guess, is kind of weird, but it seems completely normal to me. I swear he knows what I'm saying, which is kind of creepy actually. I love to eat out at good restaurants, especially sushi restaurants. I am very addicted to sushi! I love going out and having crazy fun nights, but sometimes I like to just stay home and read a good book.

My Interests

What interests me? Oh so many things. I love coffee, tattoos, whiskey (Makers Mark on the rocks is my favorite), Halloween, red wine, Betty Page, stars, running, sushi, happy people, dark chocolate, walking by myself around the lake when no one else is out, springtime, BBQ's, bananas, my adorable kitty, Portland, nighttime thunderstorms, lifting weights, a really good kiss, high thread count sheets, Wonder Woman, shoes (especially heels, cause I like to be really tall), music, books, expensive jeans (they make my butt look better) and anything soft and fuzzy.

Television:

Ahh, the TV. I have a love/ hate relationship with the damn thing! If I sit down in front of the TV I can't help but watch. I get sucked in to crime TV and PBS. What can I say, sometimes I have nothing better to do.

Books:

I absolutely love to read. I like a wide variety of authors. I love Tom Robbins, Irvine Welsh, Chuck Palahniuk, Henry Miller, William Burroughs, Charles Bukowski, Philip K. Dick, Umberto Eco and Vladimir Nabokov to name a few.
