I like to joke around and dream up elaborate things Kilgore Trout style. I'm kinda like a cross between Sideshow Bob, MacGyver and Cliff Claven. I'm very spontaneous in my recreational life. I can have as much fun running around in nature as I can nerding it up in the city.

Pickled peppers!

I just finished cooking up my first ever batch of peppers in Escabeche. They'll be ready in 4 weeks. My roomates had bought a can of them a week or so ago which reminded me of the peppers a college ...
