About Me

This page has been built as tribute to Offshore Powerboat Racing and a way for you to become more familiar with this exciting form of motor racing.This is an up-close and very personal sport and its usually free! These races take place in lakes and oceans. You can usually watch from shore with out paying an entry fee, or better yet, anchor your boat along the course and get really close to the action.The pits are also open to the public. Walk around, talk to the drivers and throttleman, they even let kids climb inside the boat. Overall it's a very family friendly atmosphere, yet charged with excitement on and off the water.Click on the above links to see the race schedules of the three separate racing organizations. As time goes on more info and some neat things will be added so please stop by often and please request us as a friend to further help increase your knowledge of the sport as well further the sport itself.
