ill Concernz A.K.A. Knevil J.R. Is a versatile artist str8 outta of Suffolk, Virginia.. Formally a member of the Verbal Assassins..Concernz hooked up with Go Hard Entertainment’s Slim Music to pursue music.. Though both talented artist have to different styles, both came up to form the group called The Flyboyz. The group was formed when they first met, but to mark a stone date, it would have been about around when Slim Music Album came out and both artist recorded a track called Flyboyz, Since they day Flyboyz have been a forced to b F*ucked with. The Flyboyz would soon after that drop a mixtape called.. Flyboyz The Mixtape which did quite well in the streets.. Concernz & Slim Music worked hard to provide the streets with a sample of what was soon to come from the to.. The special characteristic about Concernz is that fact that his doesn’t write his lyrics, he doesn’t use a pen or a pad. He gets the track and mediates on it for a while and goes in the booth and destroys it!! When Asked about the format he using in the booth, Concernz had this to say “ Well basically it took a lot of practice, but I finally feel like I mastered it, most of the times most artists come up with lines in there head but by the time they write it down its nothing like it was when they were thanking it, so I started practicing bar by bars, then I started doing songs by songs and just got good at it. See most of the great artists out there don’t write. Rest In Peace Biggie Smalls, Jay-z and Lil Wayne. So I just kind of use the format they used for tracks and it works better for me”.
