Blessed to be given life from GOD ALMIGHTY and SAVED from Eternal fire through FAITH and BELIEF in JESUS CHRIST.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Gerald Williamson a.k.a "Ike Dogg" began his journey into music at the age of 3 when his mother bought him a set of congos that triggered his love for "the beats." Music has given Ike Dogg the opportunity to express his love to all that open their minds to listen. Ike will not create music based on the premise of "getting rich." He makes music that comes from his heart.
Ike is a real brotha that has love for his Brothas and Sistas. He doesn't mean mug or disrespect ANY man. But, if provoked by evil men... he is a WARRIOR! Believe that! Growing up living in the hood contributed towards the man that he is today. I can promise you that are still reading this... You will come to respect the love that Ike gives you through his music! He will show his appreciation to all the people that helped him!
I personally challenge any artist to try writing to his music. The pure vibe they will encounter will change their way of writing. His music will force them to "keep it real!" It will force any writer to talk about real issues with real substance. Now a day you have producers that are just looking for the big payday. Ike make beats that are meant to be enjoyed for years to come. His music is you, his music is me. Ike's music has meaning.
Although GOD has blessed him to live a more comfortable life today, he totally respects the hard times he had to go through growing up fighting to be free of proverty, racism and self-hatred. I pray that GOD will bless you for the positive things you do in your life. Love is the key! Jesus is Love! Keep ya head up!!

Mike Tyson had beatin' all of his opponents in America and this fighter from England named "Bruno" was hyped up as the bigger, stronger fighter that was supposed to whoop Tyson's A@!* Turned out that Tyson's heart and determination was too much for this dude and Tyson went on to win the hearts and respect from his fans and doubters around the world! This fight represented the hunger of a man that believed in himself! It represented the power of a man's destiny. It's also a reminder to Tyson not to forget where you came from and who helped you get there!
