Darkness Embraced

About Me

I visualize myself as an ordinary person with extraordinary circumstances. I wake up everyday like the average Joe and join the millions out there running the same old rat race. After all, I owe,I owe, so it's off to work I go. But, I am highly empathic, as well as being co-dependent on the energy of other elements to sustain my own depleted levels. The label given to such a person is a psi vampire (not to be confused with the Hollywood/myth stereotype). I am nocturnal by nature. I enjoy the light of a full moon and feel empowered by the darkness that surrounds me. I feel comforted by it, like being wrapped in a warm blanket.
I have had countless experiences through out my life with entities from other dimensions outside of our physical realms that has made more spiritually aware, so I pay closer attention.
Back in 1997, I established a website dealing with vampirism and the Occult that later became a interactive community site called Darkness Embraced , which is still in operation and continuously growing. If you are interested in these subjects, I invite you to lurk around. The url is http://www.darknessembraced.com
When I can afford myself any spare time, I enjoy working with photoshop and creating graphic artwork (like the one you see here). I like to start from scratch with the bare bones and see what I can do with it. For example, the graphics you see here was derived from one of my photographs. It's really fun and relaxing to me. I also like to learn new programs and read up on the latest technology.
I am a Dark Shadows -aholic. I normally sit and watch two episodes a night before I fall asleep. Currently, I am on collection 18. I love all black and white films and become quickly distracted by any good olé b-rated Hammer Horror film.
I am addicted to coffee and cigarettes. I occasionally will enjoy a glass of wine or two accompanied with dinner or a quiet evening with soft classical music playing in the background.
I enjoy the smell of decaying leaves in the fall and I am at my optimum performance emotionally through out the autumn and winter months. I have an immense aversion to the summer months. During this season, I become extremely introvert and find myself in off and on states of depression. So, I always welcome fall/winter with open arms.I love and respect animals. I detest anyone's existence who doesn't.
