I have varied tastes in music. I mainly listen to country music and melodic rock. On the country side of my cd collection you'll find George Strait (I long to see George perform live, he's the man!), Elvis, Dwight Yoakam, Rodney Crowell, Mark Collie, Kevin Welch, Brooks and Dunn, Dolly Parton, Chris LeDoux (RIP), Neil Diamond, Carly Simon, The Monkees and Bing Crosby. My favourite rock band is Whitesnake. Others up there are Journey, Styx, Bad English, Dokken, Pride of Lions, Cheap Trick, Dare, Giant, Van Halen, Damn Yankees, Heart, Pat Benatar, Tom Petty and Peter Gabriel. Kevin Smith's the man when it comes to direction - Jay and Silent Bob are hilarious! John Carpenter's movies are also unmissable. I do have a soft spot for the John Hughes 1980s teen flicks too:) My fav films are ET, Road House, Joe Dirt, Teen Wolf, Sweet Home Alabama, Don't Tell Her It's Me, Because I Said So, Phantom of the Opera, Blades of Glory, Waiting and anything starring David Spade, Will Ferrell, Gene Kelly, Mickey Rourke, Sean Penn, Clint Eastwood and Drew Barrymore. I'm not a big fan of TV. Bring back Dynasty and Dallas!! I love North & South with Patrick Swayze and with regards modern day TV, I do love How I Met Your Mother:)
