About me:
Carabali's musical repertoire emphasizes traditional and contemporary Salsa and Merengue styles delivered with precision and energy that has become a Carabali trademark. El Gran Combo, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Elvis Crespo, Ray Sepulveda, Willie Colon, Oscar D' Leon are among the artists the band covers. Although we are a Salsa & Merengue band, an occasional Chachacha, Bolero, or Cumbia may pleasantly surprise dancers. This gives Carabali a true International sound that appeals to listeners as well as dancers. Carabali's vocal and rhythm section projects drive and intensity that motivates the audience to participate. Directing the band on stage is Ross Shodek. Carabali has been performing steadily and without interruption in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since 1984 and is featured weekly at prominent Latin nightclubs, hotel engagements, private parties, weddings, and musical festivals throughout Texas. More people in the Metroplex are discovering that they do not need to go to New York, Miami, or San Juan to enjoy great Great Live Salsa music. They just follow the crowds and the Caribbean sound of Carabali "The Dallas Salsa & Merengue Band".

Carabali, “The Dallas Salsa & Merengue Band”, is now steady four days a week, Fridays through Sundays, as the house band at MamboCafé Dallas. We are available and booking private events at this time. We are available for events such as Weddings, Quinceañeras, and Corporate events from 7pm – 10pm. For other dates and/or for additional booking information, call 214-213-8085.
