I am a South Texas native living in Denton, TX with my beautiful wife Jessica and my two dogs. I am a trombone player who teaches music to 11 year olds to 18 year olds. I also compose and arrange music for a variety of bands and orchestras, professional groups and public schools. I am fortunate enough to play in some great bands with some of my very best friends. I have always loved music, and I love - and listen to - all kinds. Some of my greatest musical influences are Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Cachao Lopez, Compay Segundo, and Frank Rosolino. I love teaching kids and writing music. I also love Guinness Draught, smoking a pipe in the winter, playing fetch with my dogs, catching an espresso in the middle of the day, drinking beer with the fellas, doing anything and everything with my wife( especially drinking bad-ass Yorkville wine from N. Cali, and eating tex-mex breakfasts.
