About Me

So...I am moving to Ft. Lauderdale around March 9. I got a job at Fox Sports. It is my dream job and I am stoked! The area is beautiful. I am sure I will miss my family a LOT, but this is my dream and I can not give it up. I will be the Crew Coordinator for the Miami Heat, Florida Marlins and Florida Panthers. Dustin will help me move and will stay a while to keep me company and then we will see what happens from there (everyone keeps asking). :) Everything about the job couldn't be more perfect...the people, the area, the perks, the 4th largest mall in the nation is less than 1 mile away...need I say more? :) I feel extremely blessed to be given this opportunity.

My Interests

Spending time with my family and friends. Especially my nephew, Cadence and niece Greenley. Also, poker! I freaking love poker!

I'd like to meet:

Jack Bauer! Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash so I could tell them to cut their raggedy ass hair. It's white boys in the NBA that look like them that give the sport a bad name.

Music:

I think I was a black woman in my past life. I love old school rap.

Movies:

If you can get me to sit still for more than 2 hours, kudos to you!

Television:

I love Reality TV!

Books:

A Million Little Pieces. Regardless of the latest criticism, the book is great. Also, One Shopaholic..'s Journey to Debt and Back. No, I..'ve never been in debt, the book is just really cute.

Heroes:

My mom, of course. If you..'ve never met her, you..'re losing out. Also, the Astros. They always seem to come back when people doubt them the most. whateverlife.com

I'm doing it!

So, I am getting Lasik surgery tomorrow! I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I have only heard good things about it and that makes me excited. The thought of having to keep my eye opened...
