Brenmar was a name given to me by my then 2yr old brother. Music that doesn't easily fit into category, I construct tunes out of old dusty records, digital and analogue synthesizers, microphones, samplers, pedals, toys, and found sounds. On stage I utilize live loops, improvisation, drums, found instruments, turntable and noise. I try to keep things from falling apart on me. Most times I perform solo, sometimes I don't.
I've performed with Dosh, Styrofoam, Z'ev, Indian Jewlery, Bird Names, Daniel Givens, Waterbabies, Black Bear Combo, Casiotone For The Painfully Alone, Fog, Skeletons and The Girl-Faced Boys, Alex Delivery, Michael Columbia, Lovely Little Girls, Our Brother The Native, Clipd Beaks, WZT Hearts, Todd Carter (TV Pow) among others.
