About Me

About our Director of Operations: About me?!? How much time do we have? Is there a second page to this? Kidding.I am a healthy, fit, successful, powerful, light hearted, intellectual, generous, and kind person. That should sum it up.My philosophy is: see the cup half full because your life is about how you see that cup.I am a poly Sci major, paid my dues in the corporate world , and now am into inspiring people to know how it feels to be healty and fit.I run a wellness center (Pacifica Wellness.com) with Dr Tim: the ABSOLUTE BEST human spirit on the entire planet, by the way, and I love every day that I can see that spark of total joy on someone's face because they feel the flush of a great workout, or the lightness of being, from changing their eating habits.I am about helping one person at a time to improve the quality of their every moment through diet and exercise. It is possible!!!

My Interests

I love to work out, read, relax at the beach, travel, and just hang out at my house, doing things that no one else would find interesting, but me. Oh yeah, and the Starbucks/Zen tea meditation hour on a daily (practically) basis is a must.

I'd like to meet:

Albert Einstein: He pretty much decoded the entire nature of the universe and made it very simple for us: it's all relative!

Music:

Love Music! It moves me. Everything but country and jazz, that is. Nothing against country and jazz, just doesn't do anything for me. Sorry Achy Breaky Heart man, and is Spyrogyra still around?

Movies:

Favorite all time used to be: Dr. Zhivago. What a tragic love story! Then I switched to my current favorite of all time: Shrek. (I admit: my interests are way diverse) I adore comedies, but only the ones that REALLY make me laugh.

Television:

Well, I just ordered TIVO so I can actually watch television. I like it, I just never end up sitting down to watch it. So, I admit, I am completely out of the social loop on this subject. Is American Idol still on?

Books:

Ahhh...now we're talking! I've been reading all my life, so that whatever experiences I can't have in life, I can experience in books.(like being born into Russian royalty, for example, have a torrid affair that cracks my sanity, and eventually commit suicide: Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy) Russian novelists like Tolstoy and Dostoevsky are so deep and profound, you gotta dig in. Lately I've been reading a ton of spiritual/new age stuff like: The Power of Now, and The Four Agreements. My sentiments exactly!

Heroes:

Everyday people. Think about it. Look around you. Do we discount human beings because of what they look like, what they say, how much they earn (or don't), what car they drive (or don't). What do we know of their dreams, hidden passions, and most importantly, their souls? We can only know ourselves. I honor the human spirit.
