I am a Gemini of varied and distinguished tastes. I love the finer things in life such as gourmet foods, soulful wines, and bumpin' house music. I am a student and connoisseur of these three elements of my life. I am currently going to school to be a pharmacist. Until then I work as a wine consultant. In my free time I enjoy movies, art, culture and going out to the club for a night of quality house music.

My Interests

I love many things in life..... music, movies, books, art, wine.... the list goes on & on. What most interests me are the differences in cultures and people. I can't stand homogenized, commercial, boring people/things/ideas. I love to learn about different cultures, ethnic groups, and nationalities. Most of all I love when people all come together for one purpose and forget their small differences.

Music:

I Love All Good Music, Especially House Music. I Cannot Stand Bad Music.... i.e. useless pop music. Does your iPod need an iColonic! My favorite house DJs/Producers are Sander Kleinenberg, Danny Tenaglia, Dubtribe, Miguel Migs, Jon Frimannsson, and Trentemoller. I also like other styles of electronic music ( especially techno of late) including drum'n'bass, breaks, trance (as long as it is not cheesy), and downtempo. I also like Kanye West, the Roots, Bjork, Madonna, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Sublime, the Beatles, and Jimi Hendrix.

Movies:

I love Cinema. Quentin Tarantino movies are great for their gritty dialogue. Rize is the best movie (documentary or otherwise) I have seen this year. King Kong had the most amazing special effects, not to mention a good story.

Television:

Books:

Dan Simmons' "Hyperion Saga" is a most amazingly mind bending sci-fi space opera; even if you don't like Sci-fi check it out. Neal Stephenson's "Cryptonomicon" is a masterful blend of WWII historical fiction and sci-fi. Ronald Dahl was favorite author as child with "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", "James and the Giant Peach", and "Danny the Champion of the World".
