Performing Chimp is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK, with an outpost in Manchester.
It is a collective run mostly by the muscians themselves. The label itself is non-profit making. The artists on the label have a few things in common - they're all interested in proper songwriting, expressing themselves through music, and not in the least bit bothered about what's supposed to be fashionable at the moment. Our mission statement is simple: We exist to help artists develop with total creative freedom.
