And we were arguing and then everything rhymed and there were harmonies and the dance with coconuts.

About Me

You are the Moon card. Entering the Moon we enter
the intuitive and psychic realms. This is the
stuff dreams are made on. And like dreams the
imagery we find here may inspire us or
torment us. Understanding the moon requires
looking within. Our own bodily rhythms are
echoed in this luminary that circles the
earth every month and reflects the sun in its
progress. Listening to those rhythms may
produce visions and lead you towards insight.
The Moon is a force that has legends attached
to it. It carries with it both romance and
insanity. Moonlight reveals itself as an
illusion and it is only those willing to work
with the force of dreams that are able to
withstand this reflective light. Image from:

My Interests

Watching movies, reading, cooking, writing, knitting, playing scary games on the PS2, playing silly board games, actng as if I can play hurling, spending too much time online.

I'd like to meet:

Johnny Depp, Nick Hornby, Ricky Gervais, JK Rowling, Ron Howard, Janeane Garofalo, Jennifer Saunders, Warren Ellis...off the top of my head :-)
I created my own profile using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM and you should too!

Music:

I'm loving Robbie Williams like mad (because of his delightfully, sarcastic lyrics)...except for his new CD. Also U2, The Pogues, Beck, Flaming Lips, Delorentos, Ciaran Flynn, the retro-active music channel from my cable service. I could also listen to the Lost in Translation soundtrack every day.

Movies:

This is a tough one because I just love movies so very much! My favorites include Rebecca, The Philadelphia Story, Lost in Translation, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, About a Boy, Adaptation, Clue. I also love documentaries...Roger and Me, Beyond the Mat, Trekkies, Spellbound, Super Size Me...those are a few I could watch weekly. Too many choices!!2007 bests would be No Country for Old Men, There Will be Blood, Once, Mirageman....

Television:

Reruns that I'll always watch include Roseanne, the Brady Bunch, The Prisoner, Are You Being Served? (embarrassingly enough), Friends, Seinfeld, and the list goes on.

Current shows: Lost, Survivor, the Buffy box-set, Arrested Development (over and over), many BritComs (old and new), Doctor Who, Torchwood, Ghost Hunters, various bad SciFi Channel movies, Grounded For Life, many Food Network shows...

Books:

I love reading anything by Neil Gaiman and Nick Hornby. I also enjoy the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. The first eight or so Anita Blake books made me happy (Laurell K Hamilton). I'm also a comic book geek who enjoys Sandman (over and over), Transmetropolitan, Knights of the Dinner Table, Wonder Woman, and Hellboy to name a few.

Heroes:

Oh yeah, I'm watching that too (when it's on).

My Blog

By golly!

I seem to have started a real blog in order to document my various projects. If you're interested, you can find it HERE.I'll be talking about my knitting, sewing, crocheting, AND my movies. Let's he...
